Most sessions are a standard rate of $60/60min and $90/90min.

Hot Stone Therapy  $120/90min

Each session is uniquely created with the clients' specific needs, concerns and health goals in the center of focus. Drawing from knowledge of several different modalities, the intention is to combine the most beneficial elements of each therapy into one session. Styles from more subtle therapies like Cranial Sacral and Qi Gong healing to bodywork focused on releasing areas of tension in the soft muscle tissue, such as deep tissue, fascia release, and Shiastu.

The human body is dynamic and complex, with incredible capacities of self-healing and regeneration and can benefit from an equally dynamic healing approach.  As well, sometimes an entirely light-touch session encourages a deeply relaxing and soothing state in the body when a more rigorous massage might not be indicated, as the case with recent injury, surgery or trauma.

Allow for a little extra time on the first appointment for filling out a health history form and to discuss specific needs and goals for that and future sessions.
